EBRPHA Sites

The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority has 13 development sites designed to accommodate families of every size, and some are especially modified for the elderly and disabled. Complex sizes range from 29 units ( Duane Street) and 250 units (Turner Plaza). Most complexes offer laundry facilities. All units have Oven/Range and Refrigerator/Freezers.

Development sites are located throughout the Baton Rogue community, and most are on city bus routes, within walking distance of retail centers and community parks. Family complexes are situated on spacious grounds, providing a safe playground for children.

On-site community centers offer links with local service agencies that provide recreational and educational activities for residents of all ages.
