THRIVE/FSS Program

The EBRPHA THRIVE Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program assists our Housing Choice Voucher families with accomplishing their career and financial goals. This program allows participants to work toward their goals and earn SAVINGS while doing it! The FSS department is now accepting interest forms. Please see below.
