The mission of the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority is to provide and develop quality affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families while promoting self-sufficiency and neighborhood revitalization. The EBRPHA is an independent, autonomous agency. Its leadership and policy-making are vested in a Board of Commissioners. We are part of the change.

UPLIFT OUTREACH CENTER: A NEW PARTNERSHIP BRINGS ESSENTIAL RESOURCES TO EBRPHA FAMILIES
The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority has teamed up with Sistars of Empowerment, LLC to launch the Uplift Outreach Center, a vital resource for families in need. This collaboration provides families within our communities with ACCESS to essential items such as clothing, shoes, socks, diapers, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and small appliances.
