Client Services
EBRPHA's Client Services team helps families build toward independence through THRIVE Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) for Housing Choice Voucher and affordable housing families, and ROSS Service Coordination for affordable housing families.

Housing is the start, not the finish.
About THRIVE / Family Self-Sufficiency
The THRIVE Family Self-Sufficiency program pairs you with a coach to set goals you choose: work, school, savings, or homeownership. As your earned income rises, EBRPHA sets aside the difference in an escrow savings account. The money is yours when you graduate from the program.
FSS is voluntary, and it is offered at no cost to eligible families. It is open to Housing Choice Voucher families and to EBRPHA project-based communities.
"The most life-changing thing EBRPHA does is help families move up and out."

Better quality of life
About ROSS Service Coordination
ROSS Service Coordination pairs you with a service coordinator who gets to know your goals and your household. The coordinator links residents with local services and resources to promote financial independence, and economic stability.
For working families, ROSS helps you build skills, grow your earned income, and move toward lasting independence. For seniors and people with disabilities, ROSS connects you to the support that helps you stay in your home and live well.
ROSS is voluntary, and it is offered at no cost. It is open to families and seniors in EBRPHA affordable housing communities.
