Initiatives and Resources
Homeownership
Homeownership is a big step, and a huge reward, for EBRPHA families ready to take it. We connect you with partner organizations, financial education, and our quarterly homebuyer's seminars to help you get there.

About Homeownership
From renting to owning
EBRPHA partners with organizations like ED 360 and the Louisiana Housing Corporation to help individuals move from renting to owning. Whether you're just starting to think about homeownership or actively ready to buy, we can help connect you to the right resources.
Before you buy a home, you can complete homebuyer education. This prepares you to manage a mortgage, a budget, and the costs of owning a home.
“Owning a home is one of the clearest signs of moving up and out.”
