The Southern University School of Nursing's JAG Mobile Health Unit has completed its final visits to our communities for the year.
Through this valued partnership, community members received free health screenings, including blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, vision, and hearing checks, along with health education and wellness resources that support healthier lifestyles.
The JAG Mobile team and Southern University nursing students helped expand ACCESS to preventive care while encouraging community members to take an active role in their health and well-being.
